Sam Logan called out his Siesta Key costar and former fling Meghan Bischoff after she responded with some shady comments to a video of him kissing Jordana Barnes. Sam Logan turned 31 on July 3, and to celebrate, he had a huge party in Miami surrounded by his friends and costars. Even his ex-girlfriend Juliette Porter, whom he had a tumultuous breakup with, was in attendance. However, fans were surprisingly not caught up on Juliette’s presence but instead were focused on a video star Mike Vazquez shared of Sam kissing his friend and costar Jordana. Fans have assumed since Jordana’s first appearance on the show that she had feelings for Sam, and Juliette often questioned if she was a threat to her relationship.
When fans saw the video, they assumed the two were probably just drunk and teasing fans again. It wasn’t long before fans wanted to start some drama, so they asked Meghan what she thought about the video, and the star had a pretty shady response. The Siesta Key cast member wished Sam and Jordana the best but said she wants to send Jordana therapist recommendations to deal with everything Sam is bound to put her through. Meghan and Sam had a fling during Siesta Key season 4b immediately after his initial split with Juliette. However, a few months ago, the star spontaneously unfollowed and blocked Sam on social media without explanation.
Sam wasn’t too pleased with Meghan’s comment as he called her out on his own Instagram story. Sam shared a screenshot of the Reddit thread discussing Meghan’s comment and wrote, “Idk what the difference is between that and what you did, but dope send the info. Sorry for not dating you I guess?” Sam is seemingly referencing the fling he and Meghan had, which was broadcast all over his Instagram page. The Siesta Key star feels that what he and Jordana did was more or less the same as what he and Meghan did.
Fans reshared Sam’s Instagram story to Reddit and gave their own opinions on the matter. “Imagine being a billionaire on a yacht celebrating your 31st birthday but spending time on Reddit. Responding to a 21 yr old,” Reddit user HenleyHQ1 wrote. Throughout season 4b, Jordana seemed to be on Meghan’s side. The star didn’t get along with Juliette from the start, and she and other cast members who dislike Juliette encouraged Sam’s fling with Meghan seemingly because it upset Juliette. However, according to Meghan’s comment, the two no longer seem to be as close as they appeared on the show.
It seems there’s some drama between the Siesta Key cast that will likely play out during the show’s fifth season. As the show has seemingly moved to Miami and the drama between Sam and Juliette has sizzled out, the show needs new storylines. Lucky for producers, the next storyline has fallen right into their laps. While some fans have expressed frustration with Sam, Jordana, and Meghan returning for season 5, Sam’s birthday party, which is said to have been filmed for the show, will be an interesting Siesta Key episode, as will the episodes circling the aftermath of Sam and Jordana’s kiss.
