    For once, Pixar didn’t have to go on the defense as its new movie scored the biggest opening in nearly a decade for an original animated pic, while Warner Bros.’ studio heads Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy were in the opposite position as Maggie Gyllenhaal’s Frankenstein pic collapsed at the altar after their year-long winning streak.
