WATCH: Things Get Awkward When Karine Jean-Pierre Gets Asked About Hunter Biden’s Baby With a Stripper

Everyday, the saga of Hunter Biden turns further and further into a Jerry Springer episode (RIP Jerry). This time, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is having to deflect flack for the Biden family after a reporter asked why the President has refused to acknowledge his seventh grandchild, who was born out of wedlock between son Hunter and a former Washington D.C. stripper.

The child, named Navy, is currently in the custody of her mother, Lunden Roberts, in Arkansas. The former exotic dancer is currently in a legal fight with Hunter Biden, in which she is suing him for $20,000 monthly paternity payments which Hunter has begged the court to decrease to some degree.

When asked about the paternity case and why the Biden family hasn’t acknowledged this child’s existence, even going as far as to exclude the child in Christmas displays of holiday stockings featuring the Biden family’s other six grandchildren, things got tense.

Q: “I wanted to ask about the trial going on in Arkansas with Hunter Biden and the child support — are the president and the first lady monitoring that and how come they haven’t acknowledged the seventh grandchild?”

    Awkward Situation

Emily Goodwin, a political reporter for the U.K. based Daily Mail, was the one who brought up the situation during a recent White House press briefing.

“I wanted to ask about the trial going on in Arkansas with Hunter Biden and the child support,” she asked Jean-Pierre. “Are the President and First Lady monitoring that? And how come they haven’t acknowledged the seventh grandchild?”

“I’m not going to speak to that from here,” Jean-Pierre tersely replied.

Chief White House correspondent for Newsmax James Rosen also asked the same question hoping that being asked a second time would prompt an answer. She ignored that attempt too.

President Joe Biden and his adult son have never publicly acknowledged Navy as a member of the Biden family. Roberts has gone as far as to get a court-ordered paternity test which solidified that Hunter was the baby-daddy.

    Baby-Daddy Drama

Things must be awkward to some degree around the Biden household. Recently, the President Biden participated in a White House sponsored “take your child to work day,” where once again, no mention of Navy even occurred.

“The best part of it all, I have six grandchildren, and I’m crazy about them,” said the elder Biden. “I speak to them every single day. Not a joke.”

    Once again, six, not seven.

Meanwhile, Hunter had to make a trip to Arkansas for court this week after Robert’s lawyers accused the notorious crackhead and stripper aficionado of dodging them and refusing to comply with a court order demanding he produce his financial records to justify his attempt to minimize child support payments.

Independence County Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer didn’t hold back on Joe’s son, openly calling him out in court for providing records… blatantly redacted records. Hunter’s team said it was to protect his privacy from being “somewhat abused.”

Additionally, the headache for Hunter doesn’t end there. To pin more responsibility on the deadbeat baby-daddy, Robert’s is attempting to legally change Navy’s last name, currently “Roberts,” to Biden.

Robert’s lawyers say the reason is because the Biden name is “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful.” They also remarked that this would make permanent the fact that know one could deny her lineage, making her “known to the world” as a proper “member of the prestigious Biden family,” whether born out of wedlock or not, according to The New York Times.

Obviously, Hunter wasn’t having it so now his legal team is fighting that one too.

“The child should have the opportunity for input at a time when the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height,” Hunter’s lawyer wrote. “The notoriety would not doubt rob this child of a peaceful existence.”

Well, by the time the child has an input, Joe will most likely be out of office and Hunter, well, Hunter might even be in jail.
