DWTS Reveals Four Troupe Members For Season 34
Everyone has to start somewhere. Dancing in the background as part of the troupe is a rite of passage on Dancing With The Stars. Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Brandon Armstrong, and Emma Slater are just a few names familiar to viewers who got their start in the troupe.
Ezra Sosa was promoted from the troupe to one of the celebrity dance partnerships for Season 33. Sadly, he didn’t last long. His partner, Anna Delvey, was sent home during the season’s first elimination.
He is paired with Olympic medalist Jordan Chiles for Season 34. Ezra sparked a social media frenzy after seemingly shading Anna by celebrating the fact that he actually has a chance at winning this season.
DWTS fans hoped that Sasha Farber would be on the troupe this season since he didn’t get a celebrity pairing. His name wasn’t among the four names of the new troupe members but he plays a major role in Season 34.
The new troupe members were confirmed earlier this month ahead of the season premiere. That’s Hailey Bills, Onye Stevenson, Carter Williams, and Jaxon Willard you’re seeing dance in the background.
It didn’t take long for Hailey Bills and the other troupe members to show the audience what they’ve got. They were part of the opening dance sequence for the Season 34 premiere.
Who Is Hailey Bills’ Famous Relative?
Hailey Bills has a previous connection to DWTS. She was a pro on DWTS: Juniors in 2018. She was paired with Bristol Palin’s son, Tripp Johnston. Popular DWTS pro Jenna Johnson, who won Season 33 with Joey Graziadei, served as Hailey Bills’ mentor during DWTS: Juniors.
But Jenna Johnson is more than just a mentor to the teenage dancer.
She’s also her aunt. Hailey Bills has a family connection in the DWTS cast, Us Weekly reported. In fact, Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy were the ones who broke the news to Hailey that she was hired as part of the troupe. “This day will always hold a special place in my heart,” Hailey captioned the clip of the phone call.
