Farmer Wants a Wife Season 2 star Kiana Clemente found love with Mitchell Kolinksy’s best friend Houston Warren. They have been together since December 2023 and are still going strong. She shared a big update with fans that she took a big leap in their relationship and moved from California to Tennessee in October.
She is officially living the farm life with Houston. She posted several pics to commemorate that she is finally not dealing with a long distance relationship.
