It’s that time of the year again: Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas 2026 schedule is now here!
The annual event (the 17th!) takes over the Hallmark Channel with new movies for 10 weeks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, with 34 original movies (the most ever) set to premiere this year, beginning on October 16. And, as always, Hallmark faves and new faces are part of the lineup and the week of Thanksgiving will feature movies beginning Thursday, November 26, with double features that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Mistletoe Murders Season 3 will premiere on Thursday, November 5. All will be available to stream the day after premiere on Hallmark+. Plus, festive movies will be airing 24/7.

We’ve progressed from a schedule of daily Christmas movie marathons and four original movies to our robust 24/7 holiday programming across 10 weeks, featuring 34 original movie premieres and one original series with our hit Mistletoe Murders, now it its third season. We have our wonderful fans to thank for this longevity and are so grateful to them for joining us on this journey.”
The Holiday Touchdown movies continue, with this NFL love story teaming up with the Bears. Then, Hallmark has teamed up with The Walt Disney Company for a film premiering during Merry Thanksgiving Week, Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, which filmed at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. And Hallmark is returning to Biltmore for another movie filmed on location, this time set partly in the Gilded Age.
