Todd and Julie Chrisley have spoken with a few outlets since their pardon last year. Recently, they talked about their daughter, Savannah, who has been making headlines of her own. During the moment, the two also weighed in on a few other media personalities.
Todd & Julie Recently Talked About Savannah During An Episode Of ‘Chrisley Confessions 2.0’
Chrisley is a real estate entrepreneur who became known to audiences through the USA Network series, Chrisley Knows Best. The series, which premiered in 2014, chronicled his family’s lives in Georgia and Tennessee.
In 2019, Todd and his wife, Julie, were indicted on various charges, including tax evasion and wire fraud and convicted in 2022. Initially, Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison. However, the couple was pardoned in May 2025 by President Donald Trump.

Recently, another member of the Chrisley family has been making headlines. Todd’s daughter, Savannah, recently joined The View as a guest co-host. She was filling in for Alyssa Farah Griffin, who was on maternity leave.
Since her time on the show, Todd and Julie recently weighed in on watching their daughter as a guest co-host during an episode of their podcast, “Chrisley Confessions 2.0.” Todd admitted he was initially hesitant about the idea, sharing, “I did not want her to do it.”

Todd also shared that he was fond of one regular co-host in particular. He revealed, “I have never had a problem with Whoopi [Goldberg], ever, ever, ever. She’s always been very kind to us, always been very supportive and I’ve always liked her.” However, when it came to the other co-hosts, he admitted, “I don’t know the other women on there.”
Todd & Julie Also Shared That They Felt The Experience Was Good For Savannah
Todd admitted that Sara Haines “came across as sweet.” However, he shared that he didn’t know “if that’s just them trying to lead my daughter, the little lamb, to slaughter.”
That said, Todd felt that his daughter could hold her own, feeling, “My little lamb is also very good at slaughtering.” For her part, Julie acknowledged that they still knew what Savannah was getting into, noting that they knew The View wasn’t “Wednesday night prayer group.”
Todd had a few comments for the other co-hosts, calling Haines and Goldberg “respectful,” Joy Behar “dismissive,” and thought Sunny Hostin gave “a little bit of side eye.” However, he didn’t want to get too speculative about what they were like. As he noted, doing so would be “doing the same thing that everybody else is complaining about them doing.”
Overall, during their share, the two thought that the experience was good for their daughter, noting that it brought her out of her comfort zone. As Julie shared, “We grow in those moments that are hard. We grow in those moments when we’re with people who don’t see things the way we see.”
