Victoria and David Beckham have a new home in Florida. However, while their new neighborhood has plenty of celebrities, the Beckhams went about it wrong. As a result, they have many neighbors who are not happy with them being there, even if it was unintentional.

Victoria & David Beckham Brings Chaos To New Home
Victoria and David Beckham bought a new home in an exclusive Florida neighborhood. In and of itself, this is not that big of a deal. However, it is how they bought the home that has their neighbors in an uproar. The celebrity super couple bought the home in their own names, and that has caused a problem.
Most celebrities, especially those as wealthy as the Beckham couple, set up a company to buy their home. They create the LLC somewhere like New York City. The LLC then buys the home where they want to live, such as in Miami Beach. Then, the only address on record for the couple themselves would be the LLC address, which would be the attorney’s office in New York City.
This keeps fans and stalkers from knowing where the couple actually lives.
Since the Beckhams bought the home in their own names, it is available as a public record for anyone who wants to know their physical address. As a result, many neighborhood residents have complained that fans and paparazzi have flooded into the neighborhood and are disrupting peace (via Page Six).
Victoria & David Beckham Live Around Other Celebs
The main complaints have come from regular residents who live in the neighborhood. While everyone who lives there is very wealthy (the Beckhams paid $80 million for their mansion), they are mostly just regular people who want to live in peace.
With that said, the paparazzi flooding into the neighborhood can’t make the other celebrities with houses there feel very safe or secure. Neighbors in this specific Miami Beach neighborhood include Shakira and Barry Gibb (of the Bee Gees).
“The whole world is driving by, paparazzi are there, the houses are all over the Web, and the neighbors are concerned for safety,” one source said. “They wish the Beckhams hadn’t used their real name. Miami’s neighborhoods aren’t Beverly Hills — it’s a lot of private, non-famous families.”
The Beckhams haven’t responded to the complaints. Even if they do, it is too late to do anything about it since the damage has already been done.
