What Is Alli’s True Medical Profession?
In Season 1 of McBee Dynasty, viewers got to meet the McBee family. This included Jesse McBee and his longtime love, Alli Ventresca. By the end of the season, they had gotten engaged, although some did not care for Alli. They did not think that she and Jesse were a good match, but they went on to tie the knot in October 2024. In early 2025, they announced that they were expecting their first child, and eventually welcomed a baby girl into the family. Fans will get to see them walk down the aisle in Season 2, which might be the last big family function, given Steve Sr.’s legal issues.
Along the way, viewers have been trying to figure out what Alli does for work. They know that she is in the medical field, but what is her exact position? As it turns out, she is a nurse practitioner. However, she did not graduate until after Season 1 was filmed. Therefore, they could not give her a title because she was still working on it. Alli shared a photo from December 2023 and shared that she was graduating, which was a huge deal. Fans can now understand why she did not have a proper profession when they first met her.
In Season 2 of McBee Dynasty, Alli Ventresca has some drama with Jesse, but also with Steven McBee’s ex, Calah Jackson. Both Alli and Kacie Adkison did not reach out to Calah when her sister passed away, and that did not sit well. It felt cold and cruel, but they maintained that she and Steven had split, so why reach out? Calah shared that people she had not spoken to in years called and texted her, hence why she was so shocked.

Now that the mystery has been solved regarding Alli Ventresca’s medical profession, are McBee Dynasty fans surprised? This is a huge achievement, yet viewers could tell that she was very educated from the beginning. Between the way that Alli speaks and carries herself, it seems clear that she is going places in the world:
- Even the way Ali, speaks and holds herself is much different than the other 2. She appears to have a lot more maturity, self awareness and not afraid to speak her mind.
- I think most people missed the first season since it wasn’t on Bravo and now they are catching up and dont realize its all filmed so long ago.
They are also happy that the show never put a misleading job title on Alli Ventresca, as has been done with other reality stars.
