    Every man should know how to look his best for any occasion. He can buy all the smart suits and shoes he likes, but none of this makes a difference if he does not focus on his face and skin. 

    A skincare routine is the foundation of looking good. After all, everyone looks at your face, so why wouldn’t you do everything you can to ensure you look and feel good? However, many men don’t care about a skincare routine, and this can make them look exhausted and aged. If this sounds familiar and you want to change that, consider these seven ways to take better care of your face. 

    Drink More Water 

    Proper hydration is one of the most effective ways to take care of and improve your skin. By now, you already know the benefits of drinking plenty of water each day, and it also brings an array of other benefits. You will have more energy throughout the day, meaning you don’t have to rely on caffeinated drinks, and it can also keep your skin clear so you don’t need to struggle with pimples as often, either. 

    Find the Right Products 

    Using the right products for your needs can have a drastic impact on how easy it is to take care of your skin. You need to know what you want to achieve from the lotions and potions you purchase so you choose the right one.     Establish a Base Routine

A small coat of sunscreen applied around 30 minutes before you leave the house is a simple but effective method of keeping your skin safe from UV rays. 

    Get Enough Sleep 

    Sleep is an underrated factor in keeping your face fresh and youthful. A regular sleep schedule and ensuring you get at least seven hours each night can make it easier to keep your skin looking good. You will also avoid dark eyes or bags under your eyes that occur from a severe lack of sleep. It’s also recommended to cut down (and eventually quit) any substances that could impact your sleep, such as alcohol and tobacco, or even caffeine in the afternoon. The sooner you cut these out of your life, the easier it is to get to sleep and stay asleep through the night.

    Exercise More

    Regular exercise encourages improved blood flow which can make your face look healthier and fuller. You don’t need to become someone who spends all your time running, cycling, or lifting at the gym, but being more active throughout the week will help you look and feel much better. Although it’s tricky to get into the groove, it will quickly become a habit. Since you need to stay hydrated during your workout, everything comes full circle, giving you more reasons to exercise.  

    Fresh 

    Everyone deserves to look and feel fresh. If you want to leave the house feeling confident every day, a good skincare routine is the foundation for looking and feeling your best. Not only will you feel more confident, but you will also avoid tricky skin problems that can ruin your favorite look, so take some time to take better care of your face.
