The Brewers hurler is in line to take home the first of likely many Cy Young Awards. One of the main reasons for the success the Brewers have had this year is thanks to Jacob Misiorowski. For the year, Misiorowski is 14-5 with a 1.95 ERA, 236 strikeouts, and a 0.80 WHIP. His ERA, strikeouts, and WHIP are first in baseball. He has been a bit worse on the road than at home this season, but his 2.39 road ERA is something any pitcher would take. This will be his second start against the Pirates this season. In his first, he went six innings and allowed six hits, three earned runs, and struck out nine hitters.
