Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have been worried about OG Kim Richards since she seemingly relapsed in 2024. Additionally, she was evicted by her sister, Kyle Richards, and it seems she has a lot of family drama. Now, Kim has shocked fans at a big event, and they were thrilled to see her there. Kim Richards Has Been Through A Lot Over The Years
When Kyle and Kim Richards joined the first season of RHOBH, no one knew what to expect. They both grew up in the spotlight but went very different ways. Kyle had her daughter, Farrah, with her husband, Guraish Aldjufrie, when she was just nineteen. Yet, they split, and she moved on with Mauricio Umansky, and they went on to have three more daughters and a seemingly happy family life. Kyle continued to act on occasion, but she also produced and had her own clothing stores. As for Kim, she had four kids, two ex-husbands, and dedicated her life to her family.
Unfortunately, addiction plagued her, and it was constantly brought up on the show. She went to rehab and had many demons, but in 2024, Kim relapsed. It was alleged that she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, and her family was giving her tough love. In early 2025, Kyle allegedly evicted her as Kim was staying in her Los Angeles condo. Now, Kim has shocked fans by appearing at the Parsippany, New Jersey Chiller Theatre Expo. The 61-year-old had her own booth and was seen laughing and looking happy as well as healthy.
The RHOBH alum donned a brown jacket and beige cowboy hat. She was noticeably slim, but had her long signature blonde locks and seemed in good spirits. On the long-running Bravo series, Kim always noted how much she loved attending these fan events. The mother of four stated that the fans were always so kind, and it was a great community. She was known for the Nanny and the Professor and Escape to Witch Mountain.
